Church Bylaws

The constitution and bylaws of the church, ratified at our first business meeting by unanimous consensus of the founding members and later registered with the state, are the establishing documents of our church. They were carefully written and debated over (and modified) before they were finalized. Care was taken to provide an organizational structure which would meet not only the legal requirements of NC and the USA but also foster the practices of ethical Wiccans. A hypertext version of both are available here: NC Piedmont Church of Wicca Bylaws

Attendance Policy
Most of our church services and events are open to any who wish to attend. Disruptions are not welcome, however, and in order to assure participants a positive spiritual experience, NCPCOW reserves the right to exclude individuals or groups at our discretion. Services such as funerals, handfastings, imitations or other personal rites performed for individuals are considered private functions and attendance to these may be restricted. Minors who wish to attend church functions must have permission from their parent or guardian.
